Historical presentation planned at Fall City church
The Fall City Historical Society invites the public to a slide presentation by Duane Isackson about his family and the historical Isackson Sawmill, Sunday, Oct. 26 at Fall City United Methodist Church.
Longtime residents of the area, the Isackson family’s sawmill is still in operation at 244th Avenue Northeast Northeast Redmond-Fall City Road.
The Fall City Historical Society is a non-profit educational association formed to collect, preserve and interpret the history of the unincorporated town of Fall City and the surrounding area. Its brief membership meeting will start at 2 p.m., with Isackson’s presentation to follow.
Refreshments will be served, and there will be time to socialize following the meeting.
Fall City United Methodist Church is located at 4326 337th Place Southeast in Fall City.
