Focus on what’s best for the community

I want to thank David Cook and everyone who volunteered to help him for all of the hard work in gathering the 883 signatures for the initiative-referendum petition.

In a democracy, we do defer to the will of the majority. The majority has spoken. It’s disheartening to think that our City Council would continue to pursue something as ridiculous and silly as a cell-phone ban. It’s time to focus on what’s best for our community, not on self-serving political ambitions.
