District plans open house for new elementary school

Snoqualmie Valley School District will host a community open house, 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8 to celebrate the opening of the new Timber Ridge Elementary School.

The community is welcome to the celebration and to tour the new building.

Timber Ridge Elementary School, 34412 SE Swenson Drive Snoqualmie, was built with funding from a voter-approved bond of $244 million, passed in 2015 to update all of the school buildings in the district.
