Encompass to manage early childhood assistance program at Carnation Elementary

Encompass in North Bend will manage and teach the Early Childhood Assistance Program (ECEAP) at Carnation Elementary School, starting in September, for children ages 3 and 4.

The partnership between Encompass, which specializes in early childhood development, fits with the organization’s vision, as well as the strategic plan of the Riverview School District.

Encompass offers free preschool through the ECEAP for low-income families. Parent Education is also an important component of educational services offered at Encompass. The Encompass Early Learning Center is located at 1407 Boalch Ave NW, North Bend.
