Snoqualmie Valley as seen by newcomer

OK, I did it. I took a photo of Snoqualmie Falls – and not even a good one really. Regardless, this is the only way I could start my photo essay. I’m new to Snoqualmie; I don’t know where any of the life-changing, jaw-dropping nature spots are, so I had to start with the right-of-passage Falls shot. I hope that as I get to know the Valley, I will look back on this photo and laugh that it’s the only place I could think of to shoot a compelling landscape photo.
