Ralph Oscar Garney, 86 of North Bend, Washington passed away from heart surgery complications on January 22, 2014.

Ralph will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Please join us for a memorial service to be held in his honor at the Mount Si Senior Center in North Bend on Sunday February 16th at 2 o’clock.
