Whistleblower is not disgruntled

Ms. Mower was not dismissed or disgruntled (“Chiropractor faces investigation,” June 27, page A1). Ms. Mower resigned due to a contract dispute with Greg Pfiffner. The allegations against Greg Pfiffner were substantiated when the state formally made its case against him.
