Sherbon makes it to state

Mount Si gymnast Piper Sherbon scored an 8.4 on the vault on Saturday, Feb. 15, at the state gymnastics meet in Tacoma. This was the only event in which she competed in the individual competition, said coach Renee Tredo. Eastern Washington gymnast Katie Dinsmore of Lakeside High School near Spokane scored a 9.625 on the event to win it. She also won individual honors on the uneven bars, beam and floor exercise, making her the second 3A gymnast in state history to do so.
