Wednesday, Nov. 3, when the Mount Si and Cedarcrest C-level football
teams squared off at Snoqualmie Middle School’s field of honor, but it was
wet and rainy.

they had been accorded high honors by their KingCo 3A peers.

Two Cedarcrest High School coaches learned two weeks ago
that their KingCo 3A peers had accorded them high honors.
The last time the Cedarcrest women’s volleyball team went to
the state championships, it was 1994 and the team competed at A level.
DUVALL—The new boys’ basketball coach at Cedarcrest
High School already had one controversial victory under his belt before his
team took the court for its first preseason practice last week.
Snoqualmie resident and racer Vic Fort recently completed yet
another great season on the tracks of the Northwest, culminating in a second
place finish in the championship points race at Evergreen Speedway in Monroe.
The public is cordially invited to the 10th _ or so _ annual “Mud
Bowl,” scheduled for this Saturday at the Snoqualmie Valley Riding Club.
The event is scheduled to kick off at 9 a.m.
Two Valley youth are heading to the national cross-country
competition to be held in Spartanburg, S.C., after competing at regional competition
last weekend in Portland.
