Mount Si wrestlers finish season undefeated

The Mount Si wrestlers finished their season undefeated, with a 60-24 home win over Bothell.

They closed out their season with wins over Eastlake and Skyline, and Issaquah, too.

On Thursday, Jan. 25, Mount Si defeated Issaquah 43-30. In the 220-pound weight class, Josh Grueber, a sophomore and first-year wrestler, won his match with an Issaquah senior. Other highlights included senior Conor Holt taking his 27th win of the season, Dorian Barre taking his 12th win of the season and Tate Stedman winning a match in a higher weight class against a third-year varsity senior.

After their match with Bothell, Mount Si is heading to the KingCo Championships Friday and Saturday at North Creek High School.
