Mount Si High School sports begin in September

The beginning of a new school year means the beginning of another fall season of sports at Mount Si High School.

The football team has their first conference match at 7 p.m., on Friday, Sept. 1, against Skyline at Skyline High School. Their first home game will be on Sept. 8, when they will face off against Bothell.

Girls soccer will play Bothell at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7, at Pop Keeney Stadium. Their first home game is Tuesday, Sept. 12, against North Creek.

Boys golfers’ first home match will be against Newport at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 12 at Mount Si Golf Course.

The volleyball team will kick off their season at home at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 5, against North Creek. Boys tennis begins their season at home with a 3:45 p.m. match on Wednesday, Sept. 6, against Interlake.

Girls swim and dive begins at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7, in a match against Skyline at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge.

Cross country kicks off their season with the KingCo Jamboree on Wednesday, Sept. 6, at Lake Sammamish State Park.
