Register now for summer sports camps in Snoqualmie

The Snoqualmie Parks & Recreation Department has partnered with Kidz Love Soccer and Skyhawks to offer sports camps throughout the summer at Snoqualmie parks.

Skyhawks camps are designed for children ages 4 to 12. Camps at Community Park, 35016 S.E. Ridge Street, run from July 12 to August 20 and feature soccer and tennis and a combined soccer/baseball/basketball or “mini-hawk” camp for ages 4 to 6. Costs are $104 for three-hour camps or $139 for six-hour camps per child. Other Skyhawks camps organized through the Si View Metropolitan Park District include basketball and volleyball. Camp dates, locations and online registration are available at www.skyhawks.com or by calling Skyhawks at (866) 849-9936. Registration is now open.

Kidz Love Soccer is another summer program that keeps kids moving and gets them ready for fall soccer leagues. This program is taught by professional staff to children ages 2 to 10, focusing on the fundamentals of soccer in a non-competitive format. The summer session of Kidz Love Soccer begins July 8 and runs each Thursday through August 26 at Azalea Park, 6604 Azalea Way. The cost is $66 per child. Online registration is open now at www.kidzlovesoccer.com below ‘Classes’.

Information about upcoming events, park features, and more is available on the Parks & Recreation Department pages at www.cityofsnoqualmie.org, by calling (425) 831-5784 or by visiting the Parks & Recreation Department at City Hall, 38624 S.E. River St.
