Cascade FC girls soccer team makes semi-finals

Defending champions, the Cascade FC G96 select soccer team achieved semi-finalist status in the 2010 Washington State Youth Soccer Association’s Challenge Cup. The 2010 Washington State Youth Soccer Association Challenge Cup started in late March and consisted of 28 teams from around the state. Cascade FC G96 advanced quickly through the three-game preliminary round and the elimination and quarter final matches, advancing to the semi-finals. Throughout the tournament, Cascade FC G96 had a total of nine goals, four shut-outs, and only two goals against.

The Cascade FC G96 team includes Malia Barrett, Camilla Carpenter, Johanna Cranford, Julianna Foster, Lainie Gibbs, Claire Hill, Karlie Hurley, Grace Howland, Maddie Jones, Gillian Minnie, Katherine Ramirez, Lauren Solene, Dharyanne “Dee” Springer-Simon, Kayla Steilen, Sabrina Thomas, Zoe Virta, “KK” Wallace and Morgan Wilson. The team is coached by Jeremy Eisenman.
