Adults and youths 13 years or older who want to explore rowing can take an introductory course, 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 13, at the Sammamish Rowing Association, 5022 West Lake Sammamish Pkwy., Redmond. Cost is $38.

Experience a day of rowing, with both land training and on-the-water instruction included. Learn more about the association’s spring adult and youth beginning rowing classes.
