Chief Kanim takes on Eagles

The Chief Kanim Middle School Hawks seventh grade girls varsity basketball team earned their first win of the season Thursday, Dec. 4, with a 23- 25 victory over the Snoqualmie Middle School Eagles.

Coach Chris Blake said he was impressed with the team’s never-give-up attitude.

Ivy Paradissis had nine points and 14 rebounds; Nikki Carroll had eight points and seven steals; Sophia Rouches had two points and seven steals; Leah Corra had two points and eight rebounds; Jenny Carroll had two clutch free throws; Jesse Guyer had three steals; and Devon Wattenbarger had one rebound.
