The snow storm that impacted the Valley and much of the Puget Sound area last Thursday, Dec. 18, forced the cancellation of three Mount Si High School athletic events.

A wrestling match against Eastlake at Bellevue’s Newport High School, a gymnastics meet at home against Liberty, and a boys basketball game at Lakeside were the Wildcat athletic casualties of the storm, which dumped several inches of snow on much of the region and crippled the morning commute for many in the area.

The only event that has been rescheduled is the boys’ basketball game; that contest will now be on January 14, still at Lakeside. The other events have not as of yet been rescheduled, but both of these will be likely made up after the holiday break.
