Young Snoqualmie runner places second
Snoqualmie Elementary fourth- grader Drake DaPonte placed
second in the 9/10 Boys Division of the Seattle Central Athletic Association
cross country race at Seward Park on Saturday, Oct. 16.
The first and second place finishers exchanged leadership
throughout the hilly 3,000-meter course. Drake finished five seconds behind the
winner, representing the Rain City Flyers Running Club.
Coaching position available
The position of head baseball coach is open at Mount Si
High School. Interested applicants should send a letter of interest and

Meadowbrook Way, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.
The season begins on Feb. 28 and ends at the end of May.
Interviews will be held immediately, and the position will be
filled the first week of November.
