Chris Gant, above, of North Bend Physical Therapy and John Zanas, in hat top right, of Snoqualmie Ridge Physical Therapy have been running a speed camp for Mount Si High School athletes to prepare them for the upcoming season. Several athletes from the football team have been working out all summer in preparation for the season with high hopes of improving their record.

Drills for the speedcamp include the use of slings for resistance as well as balance and footwork drills.
