Chief Kanim Middle School announces awards

Presidential Fitness Awards for the winter of 2005/2006 were recently handed out at Chief Kanim Middle School in Fall City. These students ranked among the elite in the Presidential Fitness Challenge. The following students were tested in cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and speed. They scored high enough to earn the Presidential Fitness Award.

Eighth-grade award winners were: Chris Himdmarch, Adelei Wolf, Evan Ellington, Georgia Reynolds, Taylor Carlson, Michelle Rutledge, MacKenzie Will, Kayla Wargi, Marley Robbins, Ben Larson, Brian Doyle and Danielle Covello.

For the seventh grade, winners were: Anna Moetului, Courtney Proctor, Danielle Massengill, Justin Bridges, Jacob Littlejohn, Rachel Roddewig, Joe Farmer, Jeff Cragin and Jordan Williamson. Sixth-grade winners were Kris Roseberry, Lauren Wood, Jake Rouches, Aaron Peterson, Clint Christenson, Kendal Maddux, Jake Hart, Connor Deutsch, Zach Allen and Kenzie Parker.
