Mount Si baseball, 3-1, heads to the big leagues this weekend at Safeco Field

Mount Si boys baseball team plays on the major league stage this weekend, facing Issaquah at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at the annual Safeco Field game.

The Wildcats play as part of the Mariners High School Baseball Classic. The team sells tickets for a Mariner's game for the opportunity to play.

The forecast is for good weather. Parking is $5 at the Safeco garage.

The Mount Si boys are currently 3-1 with wins over Lynnwood, 13-1, on March 26, beat Bothell, 11-3, on March 18, fell to Kamiakin, 5-1, in the March 16 season opener, and beat Walla Walla, 12-5 the same day.
