Hoops for Hope: Charity shootout is this weekend at Snoqualmie's Cascade View school

Hoops of Hope for Women of Vision is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at Cascade View Elementary School in Snoqualmie.

Children on the Eastside will gather to shoot free throws to raise money for World Vision programs benefitting women and children in poverty, specifically a new initiative Strong Women, Strong World. The MSHS nationally ranked cheerleaders will perform at halftime. Raffle baskets, pizza and bake sale available for purchase. Register at www.firstgiving.com/eastsidewov

Hosts ask for at least $50 in donations to receive a t-shirt and water bottle.
