Next big game looms at home for Mount Si football Friday

Mount Si football has a big game coming up this Friday, Nov. 2, hosting a district playoff game vs. Auburn Mountainview.

Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.

Mount Si downed Liberty on the road last Friday, Oct. 26, 35-7.

Junior quarterback Nick Mitchell scored first with a short scamper, and went on to home in on senior wide receiver Trent Riley three times on the night. Junior running back Bailey Takacs also made an eight-yard touchdown run.

Mount Si is now 8-1, and has scored 350 points this season, giving up only 77.
