Head Coach Elliott Cribby moving on from Mount Si baseball

After two seasons, and one state championship title, Elliott Cribby stepped down this week from his position as head coach of Mount Si High School baseball.

Cribby took a job as a pitching coach and recruiting coordinator position at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, part of the NCAA Division I Southland Conference. He leaves the region in three weeks.

Cribby helmed the 2011 Mount Si state championship-winning baseball team. This year, Mount Si made the regional finals.

Cribby thanks locals for support over the last two seasons.

“The future is bright for Wildcat Baseball and it has truly been an honor to coach such wonderful student-athletes,” he told the Record by e-mail.
