For the second game in a row, neither team left the pitch at Mount Si High School on Tuesday night with the win. The Mount Si boys soccer team, hosting Mercer Island, finished the game with a 1-1 score.
The Islanders, who finished last Friday’s game against Liberty with a 1-1 draw, are now 6-1-2 overall, as are the Wildcats.
During the match, Mount Si’s Alex Censullo was the first to score, assisted by Cam Van Winkle in the 10th minute. The Wildcats maintained the advantage until the 72nd minute when Josh Lee scored an unassisted goal to tie the game.
The Islanders will travel to Lake Washington on Friday, April 13 for a 7:30 p.m. match, while Mount Si will go to Liberty for another Friday night game.
