Mountains to Sound Relay cruises through the Valley this weekend

Cyclists will move down the Valley this weekend during the 100-mile Mountains to Sound Relay, which starts Sunday, June 26.

First, a 17-mile mountain bike ride heads down the John Wayne Pioneer Trail from Snoqualmie Pass. The relay continues with a 47-mile road bike leg through the Snoqualmie Valley, a 12-mile kayak through the Sammamish Slough, a half marathon, and a 6-mile run ending at Golden Gardens Park in Seattle.
