Mount Si’s Dustin Breshears slides into second under the heels of two Mercer Island players during Friday’s Wildcat-Islander matchup. Mount Si managed to overcome a mid-game deficit to best the Islanders, 8-7, in the eighth. Justin Henak singled to bring Nate Sinner home from third, breaking a tie and keeping Mount Si’s 12-game win stream alive.

Mount Si plays Wednesday at Liberty. Game time is 4:30 p.m.

The boys play this Saturday, April 30, at Safeco Field, in an exhibition game versus Nathan Hale. Game time is 12:30 p.m.
