Chief Kanim boys finish season with wins

The Chief Kanim Middle School seventh and eighth grade varsity basketball teams both earned victories Wednesday, March 16, to finish out their basketball seasons.
Both teams executed and controlled the tempo of the game to secure their wins, said coach Chris Blake.
Seventh grade standouts for the Hawks included
Matt Myers and Cam Page with 12 points, Danny Tomson with six points and five assists, Connor Schattenkerk with six points, George Corriveau with two points and three steals, Parker Ivan, Hudson Seneker and Cory Cotto with two points, and Sherwin Viala with one point.
Eighth grade standouts included Cade Renicker with 18 points, Max Adamson with 6 points and 10 assists, Troy Chriest, Royce Schwartzenburger and Bjorn Stai with seven points, Bobby Tomson with two points and Colin Brown with eight rebounds.
