Did you notice Congressman Dave Reichert’s vote against Democrats’ health insurance legislation to provide affordable health care for all Americans?

More importantly, did you notice his vote for the Republican alternative bill? This defeated legislation did not require employers to offer health insurance coverage nor individuals to obtain any. Further, it allowed insurance companies to continue to charge higher premiums or deny coverage on the basis of pre-existing conditions.

These will be Reichert votes important to remember when we are asked to vote for his reelection in 2010.
