You're right: North Bend lights are too bright!

In regards to Valerie King's November 10 editorial concerning our new street lights in North Bend, I have to agree wholeheartedly.

While the fixtures themselves are very tasteful, and I commend the city for doing things to spruce-up our town, how about turning the wattage down a little? It's blinding and stark-looking as you enter town from the east contrary to the warm, inviting look that I'm sure the city envisioned.
