Bond right about Sims

I agree whole heartedly with Susan Bond (letter to the editor "Let's stop supporting Sims' whims" on Aug. 31) and her assessment of Ron Sims. It is why a lot of us have left Washington and especially King County. We have had our businesses taken away without compensation and our land (protected) so he and his Seattleites could come and enjoy it without paying. We have been taxed for stadiums we did not vote for and transportation we did not need or use. The only things they approved were those that put money in there pockets or protected the visual effects of the mountains that to them were scenery but to some of us were a livelihood. If all of rural King County does not get behind the Cascade County push you deserve what you get.
