The local food bank (Mount Si Helping Hand Food Bank) distributes food and personal items to over 230 families each week. On Oct. 25, we were very fortunate to have Betty Olsen visit our food bank to distribute toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss and dental literature.

Betty was able to collect enough dental products from three local dentists (Dr. Robert Strom, Dr. Patrick O'Donnell and Dr. James Browning) that she was able to give toothpaste and a toothbrush to every person who is helped by the food bank.

We appreciate the efforts and support of Betty and Drs. Strom, O'Donnell and Browning in providing a much needed service in the Snoqualmie Valley.
