Reader supports I-695, income tax
October 3, 2008 · Updated 2:10 AM
Voters' alert! With one of the hottest economies in the country, our
Seattle region, King County and Washington state can and probably
should institute a state income tax, wherein those individuals, companies,
corporations and conglomerates making the most money will be the ones
underwriting a reasonable and efficient budget for government services.
Vote for proposition I-695, follow up with a vote against those in
office currently who are anti-I-695, then vote again, through the "initiative
process" to create an income tax to insure
that those who benefit the most, will pay the most to support the system
which benefits them!
