Over 400 students from SMS and Chief Kanim attended

Snoqualmie Middle School's first dance of the year.

The results of an informal poll of students from both schools say

that they thought the dance "rocked." In middle school terms, we guess

that means it was pretty good! The kids were awesome and so were the

parents.

A giant thanks goes to all of the parents that helped to chaperone

the dance. Without the dedicated parents of SMS and Chief Kanim, events

like this one would not be possible.

We also thank Officer Colleen Johnson of the Snoqualmie

Police Department. She did an absolutely wonderful job keeping our kids

safe and we appreciate the effort she put into the evening.

You're the best.
