Sallal Junior Grange #353 and Sallal Grange #955 sponsored a

Penny Carnival on April 29 with proceeds going to the March of Dimes. The

carnival received support from John L. Scott, QFC, Drug Center,

Mountain Valley Office Products & Gifts, North Bend Auto Parts, Mount Si

Chevron, MarketPlace, Frankie's Pizza, and Famous Brands houseware outlet.

There were 12 carnival events for children ages 2 to 8. About 40

children participated. Over $140 was given to the March of Dimes from

this carnival.

Sallal Grange and Junior Grange want to thank all of the businesses

and families that supported and participated in the carnival. They are

responsible for its success. There was also Mother's Day photography

available from Lifestyle Portraiture, a new Valley business.
