Response time requirement impossible

I am writing about the placement of the most dangerous sex-offender's housing in North Bend. I consider this an awful choice and think that these sex offenders should be placed in industrial areas like Georgetown.

There are already enough problems for the police out here. The police station is not close to this proposed facility and has a vast area to patrol with a limited amount of manpower. It would be a very optimistic response time for a deputy to reach this facility in 15 minutes, and that is if the deputy was sitting waiting for the call.

Ron Sims will not let us build a church in the county nor can we say "Merry Christmas," but he can put the most dangerous sex offenders in my neighborhood. I think Mr. Sims has priorities very mixed up.
