I want to thank the community of the Snoqualmie Valley for supporting the Snoqualmie United Methodist Church's mission trip to Africa in the summer of 2006.

Many items were donated for the auction at the Seattle Aquarium and some things will be sold at the church's "Mouse Fair" on Dec. 3. Generous donors included Cascade Office Supply, U-Do-It, Dave Battey, Tibursious Ssendaula, the North Bend Theatre, Carol Peterson, Snoqualmie Pet Parlor, Sahara Pizza, Isadora's Cafe, Snoqualmie Falls Candy Factory, La Fogata Mexican Restaurant, Snoqualmie Market Chinese Restaurant, Vanity Fair at Factory Stores at North Bend, the Issaquah Cafe, Ingrid Garhart and Ron Euerle. Your generosity is overwhelming.

My daughter, Kelsey Euerle, will be on that mission team of 10 people to Congo and will help with the construction of the orphanage Jamaa Letu.

Thank you for allowing her to follow her dream of helping those in need.
