Girls choir gets gold at Heritage Festival

The Snoqualmie Valley Girls Choir’s Accolades group recently earned a top ranking at a recent song festival.

The Snoqualmie Valley Girls Choir’s Accolades group recently earned a top ranking at a recent song festival.

The Accolades participated in the Heritage Festival on Saturday, April 19 at Mountain View High School in Auburn. They performed three songs, judged by three judges. The Accolades received a gold rating, out of possible ratings of gold, silver or bronze.

The Snoqualmie Valley Girls Choir consists of girls ages eight to 16. There is an entry level choir called the Bravas; the Accolades are the advanced group.
