Saturday, Feb. 11

Assault in-progress: At 1:27 p.m., staff at a business on the 400 block of Main Avenue, North Bend, called police to report a fight between two men outside. One of the subjects ran eastbound toward the school while the other stayed at the location. He told police he did not want to pursue criminal charges.

Monday, Feb. 13

Theft in-progress: At 5:49 p.m., police were called to report a theft from the 600 block of South Fork Avenue SW, North Bend. The thief tried to steal two backpacks, but the caller grabbed one of them before he ran out of the building. The caller told police the thief ran toward Bendigo Boulevard, but officers did not locate him.

Tuesday, Feb. 14

Suspicious circumstances: At 9:23 p.m., three juveniles trying to shoplift beer from a gas station in the 40000 block of SE North Bend Way, North Bend, were reported. The juveniles got scared and gave up when they noticed they were being watched and left before police arrived. Police were unable to find them.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

Assault: At 1:01 a.m., a bartender on the 30000 block of SE King Street, Snoqualmie, reported two men fighting outside the bar to police. The men stopped fighting and left in different directions as the bartender was calling 911. When police arrived they were unable to locate the men.

Thursday, Feb. 16

Suspicious circumstances: At 10:49 a.m., a suspicious man walking along a trail on SE Aspen Lane, Snoqualmie, was called in to police. Police contacted the man and identified him as a landscaper working in the area.

Theft in-progress: At 4:49 p.m., three men stole multiple items from a business on the 400 block of E North Bend Way, North Bend, and drove off. Police pulled over the vehicle on Sydney Avenue and W Third Street and recovered the stolen items from the car.

Friday, Feb. 17

Hit and run: At 9:28 a.m., North Bend Public Works notified police that a car collided with a street sweeper, then drove away. Police found the suspect’s vehicle and found the driver was an elderly man who side swiped the city vehicle. He was not injured and caused only minor damage.

Assault in-progress: At 7:03 p.m., police were called by a woman on Satterlee Avenue SE in Snoqualmie, who said her husband assaulted her. The husband pinned her down, bit her and took her phone from her. Police booked the man into Issaquah County Jail.

Medical aid: Snoqualmie EMTs responded to 13 medical aid incidents, bringing the total number of calls to date to 159.
