Truck fire: At 3:54 a.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to a commercial vehicle fire reported on the ramp from eastbound S.R. 18 to eastbound I-90. The driver said he had already extinguished a brake fire on his trailer, but wanted the fire department to check it out. The crew arrived and found that the fire had largely been extinguished, however, the equipment was still extremely hot. The crew provided cooling to keep the fire from re-igniting, then inspected inside the trailer to find light smoke but no sign of fire. The driver had already made arrangements with his shop and dispatcher to handle the removal of the trailer. The scene was turned over to the Washington State Patrol.

Medical aid: In addition to the above calls, Snoqualmie EMTs responded to 16 medical aid incidents, bringing the total number of calls to date to 334.
