The North Bend Planning Commission is expected to deliberate on regulation changes allowing a hotel south of Interstate 90's exit 31 at its Thursday, Oct. 8, regular meeting.

Commissioners meet at 7 p.m. at Mount Si Senior Center, 411 Main Ave. S., North Bend.

The decision follows a Sept. 24 public hearing attended by hundreds of people. City staff planned to address all questions raised in the hearing in written form.

Once the planning commission makes its decision, the city council will consider the changes.
