North Bend is holding a public meeting to discuss the proposed Stilson annexation. The proposed addition includes the land south of Opstad Elementary School to Interstate 90.

Residents are in the process of completing a formal petition for annexation, which must have signatures from property owners representing at least 60 percent of the land value in the area.

Earlier this year, the city council approved an annexation petition for the Tanner neighborhood.

The meeting is at the Mount Si Senior Center at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30.
