Snoqualmie residents may drop-off yard waste from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 30 at the King Street parking lot in downtown Snoqualmie.

Drop off requires residency in the 98065 ZIP code. Participants should bring a water utility bill for verification.

Yard waste should be dropped off in a reusable container, paper bag, or cardboard box that can be recycled.

Grass, leaves, weeds, and small branches or tree limbs will be accepted.

Items that can't be taken include sod, dirt, manure, plastic bags, trash, debris, wood, large branches, stumps, rocks, concrete, or asphalt.

Yard waste will be accepted on the last Saturday of each month through October. Details are posted on the city Web site, www.ci.snoqualmie.wa.us, below the “Community Activities" section of the home page.
