New principal for Cascade View
May 26, 2009 · 2:52 PM
Snoqualmie Middle School’s assistant principal has been selected to take over Cascade View Elementary School for the 2009-2010 school year.
The Snoqualmie Valley School District announced Friday, May 22, that Snoqualmie Middle School’s Ray Wilson will replace Cascade View’s current principal, Tim Nootenboom, who is leaving to become Executive Director of Elementary Education for Spokane’s Central Valley School District.
Wilson has been with the school district for 14 years as an administrator and teacher, and has been an assistant principal at Snoqualmie Middle School and Chief Kanim Middle School.
The district is not hiring an assistant principal to replace Wilson at the middle school, which eliminates an administrative position, as outlined in the 2009-10 Expenditure Reduction Plan.
