Carnation teen was denied water

Since being taken out of the Carnation home where she was allegedly kept under lock and key and given a few sips of water a day, a 14-year-old girl is gaining weight.

When deputies found her, the daughter of Jon Pomeroy and stepdaughter of Rebecca Long of Carnation weighed only 48 pounds and looked like an eight-year-old, according to court papers.
