Sixty years after Floyd Remlinger started farming in Carnation, the family continues the tradition he began in 1937 when Remlinger Farms opens for the growing season May 12.

From farm animals, friendly people and the opportunity to purchase fresh produce and freshly frozen, local, grass-fed beef, homemade U-bake pies, fruits and vegetables in the farm's market to U-pick fields, horseback riding, authentic steam train rides, gift shopping and harvest festivals that celebrate the Valley's rural culture, Remlinger Farms is a local jewel that offers a memorable visit for everyone. Beginning May 12, the farm is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily until closing Oct. 31.

Remlinger Farms' market has been offering freshly grown produce from Eastern and Western Washington for more than 37 years at their present location on Northeast 32nd Street, south of Carnation off state Route 203.
