For the first time ever, Snoqualmie utility bills may be paid at the click of a computer button.

The city just started a service allowing customers to pay their bill online with a debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), review billing details, track usage history and check and update account information. Customers may also request service for issues needing attention, such as meter problems or leaks, and send messages to the city of Snoqualmie regarding utility billing questions.

"People have been asking for online bill payment service," said Harry Oestreich, Snoqualmie finance officer. "All around, it will be more efficient. For those residents signed up for UBPayments, they'll have a faster way to pay their bills and a direct way to contact us about their accounts ... We'll be able to serve the public better."
