New North Bend roundabout backs up traffic on I-90

The new roundabout at Interstate 90's Exit 31 in North Bend has caused traffic to back up onto the highway.

State Department of Transportation officials said the new traffic circle is designed to alleviate congestion. It is due to be finished next week and should make the interchange safer once completed, said a DOT spokesman.
