Chock full of historic photos, "Images of America Snoqualmie Pass" tells the story of the Pass with pictures.

Authors John and Chery Kinnick of Alpental delved through local archives including those of the University of Washington; Museum of History and Industry in Seattle; Washington State Archives; and private photo collections of people with long ties to the Pass, including former owners of the ski resorts and ski schools and Olympic gold medalist Deb Arm-strong.

"We hope that many people will have the opportunity to enjoy and reflect upon the influence Snoqualmie Pass has had upon the appreciation and conservation of nature, as well as on sports and recreation and life-styles," the Kinnicks stated in a press release.
