Larion presents a check to Pastor Pete Battjes of the North Bend Community Church. Mount Si Helping Hands foodbank, which operates out of the church, is helping an average of 200 families a week. The foodbank is sponsored by the Snoqualmie Valley Ministerial Association.

Both foodbanks are experiencing an increase in the number of users. If you would like to make a donation to Hopelink, write P.O. Box 485, Carnation, WA 98014. The Mount Si Helping Hands foodbank is located at 146th East Third St. in North Bend.
