October 2, 2008 · Updated 12:52 PM
SNOQUALMIE - The city of Snoqualmie's Planning Commission is busy reviewing the second phase of the Snoqualmie Ridge development in order to get it set for approval later this year.
The Planning Commission has been reviewing studies done to measure how the development will affect everything from traffic to possible anthropological findings at the site.
"It will have the same design principals as Phase I," said Snoqualmie Ridge Phase II Director David Dorothy.
The Quadrant Corp. is set to have its plans for the development approved by the Snoqualmie City Council by June 15.
At a Planning Commission meeting on March 12, members heard presentation from the city and Quadrant about how utilities, water rights and noise would be affected by the development.
